This Point Loma home was home to one family for several generations. This home was in disrepair but the best strategy was to sell On Market for the highest bidder. Knowing the family and the local community, this was a no-brainer for me to purchase, bidding above the rest, in order to fully renovate and give this property back to the community in which I live and work.
