Jessica Wilkinson founded Buy The West with a mission to transform the influence of “Flippers” on their communities. Jessica, a Marine Corps Veteran who served from 1997 to 2005, along with her dedicated team, volunteers their time to contribute to and strengthen the communities where they reside and operate. As an Investor and licensed Realtor®, she envisioned assembling a team that provides innovative solutions for sellers facing distressing circumstances.
Jamie Patton is a Licensed Realtor® and has been a North County San Diego resident for 27 years. Having grown up in a small mountain town, she moved here after college to pursue the outdoor and action sports industry, working her way from customer service to marketing management and product design. She began her real estate career in 2005 during an amazing season of reuniting with her country roots in Southern Oregon where she had the opportunity to experience ground up construction and be part of managing and designing new builds. For as long as she can remember, Jamie has always had a passion for real estate, whether it is serving her clients, being part of building something new, leaning into work with investors on renovation projects and the excitement of searching for and then improving her own homes over the years.
Relocating is a familiar concept she can totally relate to, knowing how great an impact and decision selling, buying and moving can have on a person’s life.
