This was truly a labor of love for both of us. From the moment we drove up the driveway lined with its adorable white fence we knew this sad little house needed some serious TLC but immediately saw the vision. The property itself already had so much to offer being in a great rural area of Vista with a very usable 1/2 acre.

Our first weekend of Open Houses welcomed over 150 guests.
The positive feedback we received from buyers and agents for our design was overwhelming and resulted in multiple offers over list price within 2 days on the market!
The original layout was pretty good, however, it was dark and closed in. We removed the old fireplace to open up the living space and kitchen to create a peninsula, relocated the french doors, and added a big picture window to bring in all the natural light. Everything but the original oak hardwood floors were demolished and our farmhouse design was put in.
