This fun Bay Park vacation rental property needed a face lift.

We fully remodeled the bathroom, took out a wall to create a spacious master suite, converted the large front window to a walkout sliding door, added a new patio, fire pit, outdoor furniture and all new landscaping to the courtyard so guests could take advantage of the space.
It didn’t take much in the kitchen and main living area, just some freshening up, accessorizing and staging with all new furniture. Our seller was able to rent the property full time for several years and turn a big profit when she sold it last year.
